Healing Insights was founded by Mary Rose Kitlowski with the goal to work with people in a loving manner to support them in learning about themselves and to realize the healing power that resides within them. The more we learn about ourselves and our relationship with our own energy and how we carry energy in the world, the better we are able to be in partnership with our own healing. We become empowered when we are aware of how we energetically interact with others and with the world. This in turn helps to facilitate the healing of those around us.
When we realize that we are part of the whole–that our thoughts and moods affect not just ourselves and those around us, but the entire universe, we start making choices that bring us into balance. Healing work is not just about relieving the physical pain, but about bringing light to how the pain was created, and shifting those thought forms that are creating illness.
